Dr. Kosuke Inoue from Department of Social Epidemiology and Hakubi Center got awarded Medical Research Encouragement Prize of The Japan Medical Association in 2023.
Research Theme: The establishment of “high-benefit approach”, a cutting-edge strategy for precision medicine based on machine-learning and causal inference
Every year, 15 researchers are awarded Medical Research Encouragement Prize of The Japan Medical Association. Those prize winners are members of The Japan Medical Association who have conducted promising research for the future of medicine and are selected from the department of basic medicine, social medicine and clinical medicine (internal medicine or surgery).
On November 1st, 2023, the prize award ceremony was held in the 76th commemorative ceremony of The Japan Medical Association and the medical congress.
